BOMDUO is a mood tracking application designed to help users log their emotional state twice daily (morning and evening). The App is designed for personal use and self-awareness, not as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

BOMDUO is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App is designed for wellness and self-tracking purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.
All data you enter into BOMDUO is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
BOMDUO and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by BOMDUO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOMDUO and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BOMDUO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
